Ms. Shikha Shah is a passionate and skilled mental health professional affiliated with Choithram Hospital & Research Centre and Daly College (Focus Department). With global experience in behavior therapy and a research-based approach, she works across clinical, educational, and corporate ecosystems. Her services support children, adolescents, parents, educators, and working professionals through individualized and systemic intervention.

She is also the founder of Bloom & Beyond by The Blue Butterfly Project—a unique platform providing creative, accessible, and neurodiversity-affirming support through online and offline programs.
