Biography

I am a highly skilled and dedicated head and neck surgeon with specialized training in complex oncological surgeries and advanced reconstructive procedures. With a Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) in Head and Neck Surgery, I have an extensive experience in managing a wide spectrum of benign and malignant conditions affecting the head and neck region- oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, thyroid, paranasal sinuses, and salivary glands.

I have surgical expertise includes meticulous tumor resection and comprehensive reconstruction using a wide variety of techniques, including regional flaps, pedicled flaps, and microvascular free flap reconstruction. I am proficient in performing free tissue transfers to restore both form and function, tailoring each reconstruction to the individual needs of the patient for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes.

I place a strong emphasis on post-operative rehabilitation, working closely with speech and swallowing therapists, physiotherapists, and nutritionists to ensure a smooth recovery and enhance the patient’s quality of life. I have a patient-centric approach, combined with my surgical precision and commitment to innovation in head and neck oncology and reconstruction.
